I don't care for them. They seem to be poorly built and have a bad resale value with newer ticky tacky homes going up every day. Plus they lack character.

I'm more of a Garden District/Saint Street kind of guy.

It breaks my heart to drive through older parts of towns that have given way to less desirables. Knowing that the descendants of the people who built those houses have moved into these neighborhoods. Grand old homes derelict and graffitied.
