it does. I think the admin just had enough of his shite and pulled the trigger. kinda like when ohio state fired bruce earl (or earl bruce; can't remember). he never won less than 10 games; one year he won nine and they jumped on it. he was much disliked by the university. I can see axing pellini but their hire is a mystery.

I think the AD just covered his eyes and scrolled his finger down a list of all current head coaches, landed on Riley and said, "Mike Riley? Sounds good"
