Lol. Thanks for what you did provide. My neighborhood is very similar to yours in size, number of lots, and price point. We pay almost as much in dues and don't get shite. We are getting royally screwed on our landscaping cost.

Is the HOA still under developer's control? If so, contact the developer directly and ask why landscaping costs are so outrageous. If the HOA is under residents' control, then run for the damn board and find a new vendor.

This is how majority of home owners feel about HOA and their fuzzy numbers in general.



Carriagewood is nice. $600 HOA?

Greg Flores is very proud of Lexington so I would expect they will raise HOA once clubhouse construction is complete.
