Norv's offense this year

It has been surprising to me that they have failed to produce a couple quality players for fantasy. I didn't expect them to be a juggernaut but they have been underwhelming to say the least.
I was sold on Rudolph solely because of Turner's previous history producing TEs. I also though Patterson was in for a big year in Norv's downfield scheme. Both have flopped way beyond what I could have ever imagined. I know Rudolph has been hurt as well, regardless his production when healthy has been lackluster.
McKinnon looks to be a guy to have in the future but Asiata's vulturing has sapped his value this year. Hopefully they commit more to him next year.
I imagine some of it is related to Bridgewater being thrust into the starting position before they wanted him to be. I really never saw him and Norv as a good fit either based on Bridgewater's qualities as a passer.
Any other disappointments I missed here?

It shouldn't be surprising at all. AP was suspended, Rudolph was hurt, and they're starting a rookie quarterback.

With a defensive minded head coach, and the defense is actually pretty good.
The Vikings are calling a high school offense at the moment, and still being competitive.

AP has been a disappointment.

Hard to really call it a disappointment. How much did you expect? This was always going to be a below-average offense even with AP.
They lost their starting QB for the year a couple games in. They are rolling with a rookie.
Their one fantasy stud only played one game. The only disappointment there is his stupidity and now Goodell not letting him back on the field.
LT Kalil is dog shite at best, RG Fusco is out for the year, RT Loadholdt was just lost for the year, and LG Charlie Johnson is pretty shitty.
Rudolph missed eight weeks with an injury. Also, how much would you expect with a rookie QB? Outside of a great year with Cameron in 2013, Norv's history with tight ends is mostly due to the fact that Antonio Gates is a baller.
McKinnon is solid, but he is small at 5'9" 200, so I am not sure he can handle a huge workload. Asiata is simply a better short yardage and goal line back, so it does suck some of his value away, but Norv is not playing for fantasy points.
The only true disappointment has been Patterson (and Peterson's parenting skills).
