How do you guys feel about this team moving forward? I feel if we play like tonight on a consistent basis we can make the tourney.

It's one game, but the talent is there.

this team is going to be a roller coaster. they play like a top 15 squad at times, and others can't even pass the ball to an open man without throwing it away.

they clearly have the pieces to be very good, when the backcourt plays and produces like they did tonight, that is going to help greatly. perimeter d will be a huge "?" but that interior d at the rim can win some games.

quarterman and mickey

We don't have much depth which concerns me.

That was the best game we've played in 2 years.

Really like the development of TQ. gray looked tonight like we expected all season. Martin much improved over last year. Mickey looks like Mickey. Would like to see Hornsby be a more consistent 3-point threat. But the 5 I just mentioned is solid talent. Not elite but good enough to make the tourney. I'm not going to blow my wad over one game but if we can be consistent like this, it's a far cry than how we've played all year.

Our D more than anything was most impressive tonight.

By far our best performance this year. That's all I want to see. The underperformance earlier was killing me.

I feel better but still cautious. Defense played with energy tonight, but still not very smart. Which was an improvement because we've been playing with inconsistent energy AND not very smart.

Need Grey to keep this up and tone down the turnovers. Next game will be our biggest of the year.

6 players playing essentially scares me, need more depth to compete down the road

We are pretty damn thin in the front court, And we were really sloppy at times tonight.

But we have a lot of talent. If we get hot at the right time I think we may be dangerous.

Need to pass much better and learn when to slow it down and pick it up at the right times. We could of beat them by 35 points tonight but the TOs and letting them get the O rebound killed us a lot. This team goes on runs and then goes dead from time to time but if they can figure out how to stay at least warm once they cool down this team is gonna be very very hard to beat. Johnny doing good in recruiting but need guys like Mickey and Martin very year to be a dominate team. I think we can get there and I don't think it's coaching I think it's the guys actually doing what they are coached to do. D looks very good!! Go Tigers!!

Gray and TQ have to play like this against wvu for sure for us to win. Mickey looks like he is back to his old shot blocking ways, that's nice too
