Reading between the lines perhaps, but initially, according to comments Finebaum made on air, the suits were not at all happy about about the calls from Finebaum's idiot base.He started asking them to either "make a point" or face being rejected. Things calmed down a bit, but then, with the ratings apparently soaring, the idiots came back in full force. I agree, as a southerner & SEC fan, it's both insulting and embarrassing to have this persona of SEC fans showcased around the country as being typical. I stopped listening 4 wks ago as bama's rise in the "polls" started; Finebaum began giving bama more and more time. His show is now semi officially the bama network.
