I just stated what happened in the video. You're the one who made up this story about a frightened innocent playing child who was scared and hiding his toy gun from the policeman...you somehow pulled out emotions and facial expressions from a 140p choppy video.
You want to deny that the kid was walking towards the cop car with his hands fiddling with a gun? Re watch the video.
Should he have been shot? No. Did the officers have reason to believe he may harm them? Yes. They were operating under the assumption that it was a real gun thanks to the dispatcher withholding information. Rookie cop felt threatened and fired. I think he should lose his job, but anything more than that is ridiculous.
