I have the Tom Tom Multisport watch. I like it, caught it at a really great price on Amazon. I needed a new Bike Computer, and longer runs drained the battery on my phone. I've been very pleased with it, had it since July.
Edit: FWIW, Suunto and Garmin make excellent devices. I just didn't want to spend the money on an Ambit. You really can't go wrong.
