Yep. If you read all of my posts, I am basically saying the same thing. We are stuck in this situation because we lack QB development. Because of our offense, it's not surprising that Harris is not ready, but there's not excuse for Jennings being as bad as he is or not having anyone else to turn to. IMO, this is on Cam.
