You keep saying this, yet you haven't acknowledged any of the scientific evidence and eyewitness testimonies.

I never disagreed with the facts.
I said this rhetoric matched the facts. How he got to the facts though, and how he portrayed them was interesting, not surprising, and full of subtle racial stereotypes.
If you haven't noticed them, I suggest you read them again. Dude got himself a good lawyer and prepares good rhetoric to match the facts of the case

He won't answer. His side lost and he is extremely upset. And yes....it is a matter of sides to him regardless of facts.
