So what you are saying is we have to wait for them to be here for 5 years to be good? Metts was here 2 years. Fwiw. Didn't play one down at Georgia in a official game and a little juco

No, what I said was that these guys didn't really do anything worth of note until fifth year seniors.

Mett, as an example, learned at UGA, played at Butler, spent a year on the bench to learn and develop in the offense, and yet still played like a freshman his first year here. He had 12 TDs in 13 games, a 5 game stretch where he didn't complete 58% of his passes, and a 3 game stretch where he didn't complete 48% of his passes.. Threw the ball the most of anyone since Mauck was here in 2003. Had bad pocket presence, no awareness of blitzing corners, stone feet, no touch on his deep balls, and could never put a game away. It took until his 5th year til he played good.

We shouldn't have to wait until a guy is in his fifth year to play good at football.

My point is why does les recruit these guys. Let's go get a few juco qb's that can throw. Why wait 5 years? As mentioned earlier the ones that were here and were decent weren't even recruited by les.

Because no we have Cam Cameron. Harris is super talented and will be incredible for us once he is the starter next year. We also have the #1 dual threat in 2016 Franks, that is more of a pro style QB if you watch his high school tape. Then we are favored to land the 2016 #2 or #3 pro style QB, Patterson, who is actually the dual threat type of QB. Both are incredible passers though. Franks looks like Kaaya, and Patterson is very accurate.

We are in good hands for the future.
