Harris has yet to play much of any so remove him from the discussion.
It took Mett to his fifth year to be good, do you want to wait 5 years for every QB to be good? Flynn played exactly one year (few game spots here and there prior), and. carried the ball 100 times, so I would not consider him a strict pocket QB. He also was in his fifth year. Lee was never good here. He showed flashes, but never developed. He was at best a game manager his final year which worked until we played Bama. He also didn't become at least a game manager until he was a 5th year player. So again, do you want to wait to a player's fifth year to have at least kind of decent pass game?
Jefferson was a pro style who was turned into a running QB. As a sophomore (12 games - 2166 pass yards 17 TDs 7 ints 171 rush yards 1 TD) had the 7th best season of the last 2 decades for LSU (which is like WTF). All the others were juniors and seniors. He regressed though. Sheppard was better suited for WR or trying to play in an Oregon style offense from the start. Jennings is just bad but he still has two years and you remember what I said about all those 5th year players right? He can turn it around his senior year, but unless Harris is hurt, I doubt he'll have the chance.
So in conclusion, none of those guys in the first paragraph were good or even decent until fifth year seniors. Two of the guys in the 2nd are still young, one was a pro style turned into a running guy who at least had one decent year (he could pretty much be added to the first paragraph), and the other never should have been recruited here on the premise of him playing QB.

Jennings makes Jordan jefferson and Jarrett lee look like heisman candidates

So what you are saying is we have to wait for them to be here for 5 years to be good? Metts was here 2 years. Fwiw. Didn't play one down at Georgia in a official game and a little juco. Fact is as you state Jefferson regressed, Shepard recruited as 5 star dual threat. My point is why does les recruit these guys. Let's go get a few juco qb's that can throw. Why wait 5 years? As mentioned earlier the ones that were here and were decent weren't even recruited by les.

The season you cite JJ's stats from like he had a good year was the year he took a gazillion sacks and the offense was pretty awful if memory serves. And the other poster was right, AJ makes JJ look like a Heisman contender.
