One of the best parts of the movie.

It was your basic 1950's sugar coated biopic. It's based on the book written by his first wife, so it's light on science and heavy on the love story.

Neither husband nor wife was 100% in the spouse department.

One of those love stories where the cheating is glorified and served up as being acceptable.

I think its functions better as a love story rather than focusing heavy on his research/scientific accomplishments. Being honest, i feel like it would bore most audiences seeing that.
I personally enjoyed seeing Hawking's transformation.
Ever since I can remember he's been in the chair and it was incredible to see that he was at one point a normal person, with dreams and ambitions,like the rest of us and that being stripped of him entirely.
