The majority of new BR property development is rental, show us a graphic of how many new rentals opened in BR and what the vacancy rate is.

Im currently building a new house in AP but live barely inside of EBR. In the 7 years I've lived in my garden home neighborhood things have slowly been going downhill. People leaving the neighborhood are apparently renting their houses to section 8 trash. The trash stays about 3-4 months then leave. New trash moves in... rinse and repeat. I'm tired of it.
