I have to do this. Too many assholes in traffic who won't let you in when it really doesn't impede them at all. So you wait until they check their texts, put it on quickly and swoop in there. You leave the blinker on and they'll freeze you out.

I usually let people in when they put their blinker on. But if they take too much time and expect a 100 foot cushion and for me to slow down, and/or if they put it on and are looking at their cellphone instead of noticing me letting them in - frick 'em. You can wait.
