That's awesome man... Same thing happend to me and Burt in Philmont '02... Hiking from Fish Camp to Crater Lake. Went from 80 to 35 and a massive hailstorm in about 5 hours. Lightning striking everywhere.

I thought that was clear creek? Maybe not. I do remember the bear watch at cimmaronceto and the mayors son fell and brike his knee on a tree root hiking. Took 4-5 of us to carry him on a stretcher 10 miles to the nearest camp so he could be airlifted
