What would you want him to be charged with? It's obviously a tragic senseless accident but nothing more. The kids gonna be messed up for the rest of his life as it is.
Imagine if it were your brother or father who accidently killed someone while hunting. Would you want them charged?

Accidents kill people all the time in situations where charges are filed
