The good news is that you can do all that shite (or most of that shite?) after you complete the main quest. I just didn't have the heart to finish everything. At this point I am burnt out on it! I'm keeping the game installed, and my nightmare character saved. I'll revisit and finish up either once DLC comes out or whenever I get bored with my life in general.

I've finished all of the areas on nightmare. I haven't had the time to get to the main quest. I've done everything up to the Winter Palace.
I don't mind the side quests. I do not understand how I've missed mosaic pieces and this run, I didn't get all of the bottles of wine after getting all of them on Hard.
Not interested in playing anything else, so I am going to try and get all of the mosaic pieces and bottles of wine and songs.
I really enjoyed nightmare. Could have been a bit harder. Pretty much all of my gear is crafted.
I think my biggest beef with the game comes down to schematics and the fact the best armor can only be used with a Dwarf Warrior.
I think endgame schematic should be in a store somewhere. You should be able to buy ALL of the best schematics at a certain point in the game.
