nice. Yeah I did the same thing really. . Over leveled like crazy cause I was playing on Hard. Makes the inquisition quests easier for sure. And the high dragons with their sweet loot Western approach will be pretty quick for ya. EdL and hissing wastes are the best zones in the game imo.
Leveling slows down once you hit 20

Leveling slows down to a freaking crawl at 20. I did 48/50 achievements on my first playthrough being as thorough as possible and only hit 24.
