the one on Vidal was the bs one
(now you can't be moving forward at the snap, but he actually sets and moves back at the snap, so legal)

Four players were moving at the same time, so it is a shift that requires all four to be set for at least a second. The top guy's back foot is still coming down when the ball is snapped, so he wasn't set at all just because his front foot was down.
