Meh I stopped caring about porn being realistic a long time ago. I mean you always know that it's not and they are all horrendous actors so it's just not even worth trying to make it seem real.

Actually vintage actors were recruited more for their acting ability (along with the fact they'd frick on film) than their looks.
Oh... and there is a lot of real and I mean REAL amateur porn out there now.
