i remember a documentary when they did this. I believe they took 2 frozen bodies(convicts) and put them on a big meat slicer. Then shaved slices off and took a picture to for a scan like this and they created a computer program for simulated surgeries. I think this was in the 90s.

yep. had the cadavers deep frozen i think and would shave off a tiny piece for each pic
