Of course it is. When they have been chasing you all over the field the enitre game playing on your heels it isn't exactly easy to adjust to a run it right at you approach. A balanced attack takes it's toll on a D much more than a grind it out style. JH is better than LF right now, no one is questioning that. But he absolutely benefited by playing on a good balanced offense.
I guess a better response to you would be, do you think LF would have broken one this year if he had Mett, Landry, and OBJ on the team this year? I would say the chances are pretty high.
