O365 might be worth it..how is their e-mail hosted right now? Do they have an on-premise exchange setup? Or something else?

Their email is handled by the company that does their website. I'm going there sometime this week to take a look and get a better idea. They are running Win 7 on all the computers. They only need office on about 4 computers.
