I would do it because it takes care of your email and you Office in one shot.
Each user gets 50GB of email and 1TB of online storage along with instant messaging.
You get support and you don't have to maintain anything.

Don't listen to all the hate for Windows 8.1 either.
Install Classic Shell (Free) and you get back the start menu. Windows 8.1 is rock solid.
