Thx. I forgot about XP no longer being supported. Maybe they are on Win 7. Why would you go Office 365 over Office 2013? Trying to find the most cost efficient way to do this.

I would do it because it takes care of your email and you Office in one shot.

Each user gets 50GB of email and 1TB of online storage along with instant messaging.

You get support and you don't have to maintain anything.

You never have to wonder if you have your licensing straight.

O365 might be worth it..how is their e-mail hosted right now? Do they have an on-premise exchange setup? Or something else?
