I'm in my mid-40's, have travel all across this country, spent time overseas, and I honestly cannot say I recall ever meeting anyone who drinks alcohol that is at the same time completely against/opposed to weed.

As For me, I don't smoke weed and I do drink. Having said that, I'm not opposed to weed at all.
