Im sure it won't be the last time he will need to instill some logic into her head.
If you have a fall wedding, you do it knowing there could be a game against it, and sometimes you surely know there is a game the same day. You are forcing people to make a choice. There is no reason to even take the next step and judge those for making either decision.
And for goodness sake, if you have it DURING a game, set up a TV.

There is always a conflict for someone. Can't make everyone happy.
