I agree it is early enough it doesn't require a call, but don't just go silent that is really rude and leaves the other person wondering. If she is really into you it is going to hurt, but better to "rip the bandaid off" instead of making her wonder why she hasn't heard from you for a while and eventually knows you were too scared to say you're not into it.
