The solution is accessible to anyone. The problem, as you have identified it, has spread to all races and creeds.

Trailer parks or housing projects, black, white, brown, yellow or other - poverty, drugs, crime, illegitimacy, illiteracy, rinse, repeat.

One can't avoid poverty, but you can choose to (hokey, freakin' Nancy Reagan as it sounds), stay in school, stay off drugs, avoid criminal activity - and there's a 90 something percent chance you'll do all right.

There are few things in life, even being born very wealthy, that are going to give you 90%+ positive outcomes.

But's it is a long process. And hard. (I know, TWSS).
