Last year, you paid the fee and got something like 5 tickets. It cost you 1 ticket per sample at the booths.

You could go back and buy more tickets as needed.

Yeah, free to enter and walk around. You buy tickets and exchange 1 ticket for a sample link. For each bank of tickets you buy, you also get a ballot. There are cheaper ways of eating boudin, but not cheaper ways of sampling so many. I think my wife and I have dropped a little north of $20 for lots of samples and a few bottles of water.

if I remember, some places will sell things like boudin balls for 2 tickets..etc. Mostly 1 ticket = 1 4" sample link.
