measure from the center of the hub to the finder. Subtract the distance from the front from the rear. That will be the height you need to level.

What's the deal with these shocks? You can actually adjust the height of them? I put some adjustable Rancho 9000's on my F250, but they were just adjustable for ride and stiffness.

Yes they are fully adjustable from no adjustment (stock height) up to 2.8" above stock height(I think). All you would need is a good coil compressor and replace your factory shocks in your strut assembly with these.
ETA - they say using these shocks does less component damage over time - ball joints etc..
