The kid is a kid in sixth grade. So he gets suspended a couple days.
Tell him to whip that guys arse, kiss his girl. Then take a couple days off work when he is suspended and take the little guy golfing.

Exactly... who gives a shite about a suspension for fighting in 6th grade? I got suspended in 7th grade for fighting back against a bully and I turned out just fine, still got into the college of my choice and everything
Tell him to kick his arse. Not only will it put an end to it but will send a message to others as well
