It can be a combo of it all. It was no different in San Diego. I don't see how all of a sudden he's going to change his stripes. He's going to be what he's been for the past 10 years. A weekly boom or bust receiver.

In his last 4 years at San Diego, he had 3 1000+ yard seasons.
At Tampa, his past 2 years he has had 1000+ yard seasons too. Think about what he could do on with a better qb now.
In comparison, he has had a better past 7 years than Steve Smith, and now that Smith is with a better passing qb, he is looking to have a great year. Already has as many tds this season in 7 games as he had his last 2 seasons in Carolina.
