I would advise you to put a small column below your 6x6, you are placing a lot of dead load shear on the 2x's.

That's what the extra 4x4's are for. We built the thing and noticed that issue. SO we went back and dug more holes and placed more posts. There are 27 posts supporting the deck. All dug by a post hole digger, 2'6" in the ground with hand mixed concrete. That was a huge pain in the arse.

It is probably fine, but yea, it is bothering me too. I'd want those columns extending down into the ground.
