So your doctor doesn't want you to have protein or fat? To be honest most doctors dont know jack shite about proper diet. They dont really take nutrition classes in med school. I would ask him why you shouldn't have healthy fats like nuts and avocados.

No. Plant protein is fine. Casein protein from animals and saturated fats are bad. Plant protein and unsaturated fats are fine.
