this with a functional spinning wheel to animate the hand/dog in and out (similar to the Peterson spinning arm)

I feel like it'd be smart to have it split into two signs. One person with the arm/corndog, and another person has katy with her mouth open.
As soon as the cameras turn on, you could put the two together. That way you don't get it taken away before the camera turns on.

If AstroTiger's idea is too difficult to make into a sign, then just make a sign reading "Katy Perry sucks corndogs!"
