Businesses should be free to serve who they want to. How can the government force a business to provide someone a service? Where does the constitution force a business to work for anyone that comes through the door? That is basically forced labor. If I own a business, I should be able to select my clients/customers for any reason whatsoever. If I don't want to serve gays or jews or muslims or even christians, that should be my right. I wish the government would get hell of out of the way. We become the nanny state more and more every day.

Just like the people themselves should (but do) have the right to peaceably assemble and protest your business until you shut down. Therefore, you let the PEOPLE dictate whether or not your business is one they like and will therefore shop at.

This way a business owner would have the choice of sticking to his/her principles or going out of business.

They can now force you to purchase a service.
