You said churches and ministers. This isn't a church and I acknowledged they were ministers. And I addressed that point: I doubt any judge would require it. Why are you being a dick?

No. A city atty said their business may fall under the public accommodations law and there are no same sex couples trying to marry there.
If a gay couple does and the city cites them with this misdemeanor, then you'd be correct. When that happens, the city will lose.
