B/C you get what you pay for. You'd have to hire more of them to get the same amount of work done.

Just one situation where men =\= women is below....

I have yet to have a man promise to return to work after a birth of a child (that was paid for by the company's insurance no less) and then never return. Yet this is an all to often occurance with female employees.
