I think the location is fine, IMO what killed LBT was the service and concept. First time, we sat at bar and bartender was busy chatting up waitresses or fooling around in back instead of refilling our empty drinks. Food was blah but I decided to give it a second chance and went during a Saints day game. Patio area was empty and TV's were off. Asked to be seated on patio to watch game and hostess said NO because "no server is assigned out there." There was maybe four active tables in the whole place. Walked out and didn't go back.

Will give Spice a shot. I liked that chefs work at IPO.
