President Barack Obama says it may be appropriate to appoint an additional person to lead the Ebola response in the U.S., a response to calls that he name an Ebola "czar." He also says he doesn't have a "philosophical objection" to imposing a travel ban from Ebola-afflicted West Africa. But he says experts tell him it is less effective than measures already in place.

The ONLY thing "less effective" than the measures so far is licking the sweaty a-hole of a dying ebola patient.

Obama has a phone and a pen, and now a thermometer.

Weird how African nations closing borders helps and European experts say screening is useless.

The smartest man on the planet wants to screen travelers from Africa with the equivalent of ray guns.
