So, who will you vote for in the runoff?

Not going to vote if the control of the senate has been decided. If it is still in doubt I will do just like Cassidy says and hold my nose.

Think about what you are saying.

In another thread you said you are completely behind Rand Paul for President in 2016.

If Paul were to win the nomination and the general election, are you telling us you would rather have Rand Paul have to deal with Mary Landrieu than with Cassidy? That makes no sense at all. Paul as President needs help in the Senate and the House to get anything done.

It's like you're cutting off your nose to spite your face.

I'm quite sure that Rand Paul would prefer that as many Republicans as possible are sitting in Senate seats just in case he wins the 2116 election.

And don't say that you made the point that you would not vote for Cassidy only if the Republicans were to win the majority on November 4th and didn't "need" him to hold the majority - because a great majority of the Senate seats coming up for election in 2016 are Republican-held, so they will definitely be losing at least a few seats, perhaps many.

If you really want Rand Paul to be elected and to make a difference, you should do all that you can to give him every Republican seat possible this year.

Why not say that??

I am tired of this BS that we need to vote republican because a guy calls himself a republican. I don't want a Congress like we had in Bush's first term where republicans spent like crazy and the Delays and Lotts of the world got filthy rich.
