Not jaded, just not so ignorant to think the team had the whole decision. Les rarely gives indication of anything that he does.

I agree no team would likely vote off a player, but it gives them ownership, which is a part of belonging to a team.

JH was punished, which is what so many like to overlook when the "team vote" subject is talked about.
