Agreed. That's why every team in the country has no quarterback production 7 out of every 8 years.

Right again. It's not like Baylor or Oregon or Oklahoma or Alabama or Stanford or Georgia or Oklahoma State or Oregon or anyone else has ever managed to have more than one good year of QB performance every eight years.
