If I ever start underperforming at my job, I really hope I have a cheerleader like you who tells my boss, "HR will take a while to fire him, so let's set him up to look as good as possible so some other firm hires him."

I applaud you enthusiasm...as misguided as it may be....and I agree to an extent. That's why I've tried to post a little less and have tried to keep some positive feelings about this year.
But then I see Balls and this new fellow 'hollow in full retard mode...and I think to myself...things will never change in this fan base.
