I'm sure there will be a civil suit but it's crazy that there wasn't even an indictment.

I hate the war on drugs and the cops here acted like pricks but I'm not sure they deserve prison. Sounds like an honest tragic mistake.

Why would their be an indictment?
It is really sad, but the officers had information that led to believe an armed suspect was on the premise.
