If ISIS were to attack, there it is. Public Safety would cover Ebola.
The Louisiana Constitution prohibition on gambling didn't stop casinos. The 4th Amendment to the US Constitution didn't stop the Patriot Act with warrantless searches.
My point is that I think many in the public could be satisfied with a monthly "check" to live under a form of Martial Law to start. Once imposed, the sky's the limit.
No, I do not smoke pot or do drugs. Based on these reactions, maybe I should?

Always remember ever police officer, sheriff, national guardsmen, and many soldiers ALL have families, friends, and loved ones they go home to or speak with often.
I will trust in the vast majority of them to do the right thing in a serious situation, bc if they do the wrong thing it will probably be against those who they care about.
