No details yet.
Unless that person lives in a log cabin without electricity and a tv, there is no way he has missed the fact that he interacted with that guy. If he didn't bring that interaction to someone's attention already and wasn't one of the quarantined individuals, Scruffy doubts it.
There have already been 1000s of "suspected Ebola" cases and zero positives besides Duncan.

Is scruffy saying that if this guy knew he was in contact with pt0 then he surely would have contacted authorities sooner? If that's what scruffy is saying the scruffy is not as intelligent as infidel thought scruffy was .
