In this picture I believe you have to attack the safety over the slot. I dont believe that they should have dickson tho. Diarse should be in that position.
Odds are you are going to get a favorable read in this look.
Im all for running the ball out of this formation Im just saying this is a good look for an offense in that formation. If that LB drops into a coverage then you should have a short route available. If he goes out in a flat coverage you have a 1 on 1 match up that should be in your favor. There are many more but that is the most basic read for a young QB on the road. gets him into a groove and a feel for the game.
